烤三文魚 Grill Norway Salmon
三文魚煎得非常好，魚皮煎至脆身，肉質依然鮮嫩，份量十足，甚有油香，又保持了鮮嫩多汁，在不少餐廳這份量的三文魚已經是主菜而非頭盤。
Have a perfectly cooked salmon fillet, complete with crisp skin and juicy meat. The salmon was soft and I was enthralled by it. The dish was also a big portion, delicious and healthy for supper.
